RE: Wireless Works Internet

Dear Valued Customer,

As of March 4, 2011 your internet service provider, Wireless Works Inc., has sold its assets and contracts to Niagara Wireless Internet Company (NWIC Inc.). This acquisition will result in several upgrades and innovative changes.

Over the next couple of months we will be installing new, up to date equipment, to ensure that our customers are receiving the best possible internet performance available. We trust that this will allow for a more enjoyable and dependable internet experience.

NWIC Inc. is backed by 10 years of experience from your local IT provider 'Extreme Technology.' NWIC will have a local presence at Extreme Technology headquarters in the Beamsville Towne Centre.

We are committed to customer satisfaction by creating a most reliable network, and we are excited to provide our commercial and residential customers with the highest level of service available. Customers will still be permitted to use the wirelessworks.ca email account or migrate to a @nwic.ca email address if desired.
